Discover Your Emotional Genius

with Jessica Moore

Welcome to the deep and powerful world of emotions!  Your emotions inform every thought you have and action you take, but sometimes they may arise in ways that are challenging to live with or hard to make sense of.  Dynamic Emotional Integration (DEI) is a research-based approach to emotions that recognizes the wisdom and genius inherent in each one of them.

In this 2-day workshop, licensed DEI trainer, Jessica Moore, will teach you how to work with your emotions in intelligent and transformative ways, so that you can skillfully navigate this vast and deep world within you.  All seventeen of your emotions are essential for your health and well-being, and when you learn why they arise and how to work with them skillfully, your life and relationships can improve dramatically.

In this workshop you will learn specific practices to unlock the power of your emotions, and how to recognize when they are out of balance and why.  Ultimately, even the most challenging emotions are an expression of your inner genius!
