From Stress to Stillness

Presented by Gina Lake

Join Gina Lake, spiritual teacher and author of Trusting Life and Radical Happiness, for a weekend of inner exploration and discovery based on her latest book, From Stress to Stillness: Tools for Inner Peace.

In this intensive, you will learn how to reduce your stress and increase your peace and happiness by changing your relationship to your mind and by becoming more present. Gina will help you experience the sweet Presence of your true nature and uncover and heal whatever stands in the way of greater peace.

The intensive will be talks, one-on-one work with Gina, and meditation.

We have many behaviors, habits, and ways of thinking that are part of our programming, which undermine our health, well-being, and happiness.

In this intensive, you will discover ways of moving beyond this programming so that living in a state of equanimity becomes easier and more automatic. We’ll explore what it’s like to honor being as much as doing. We’ll also explore ways of getting in touch with our beingness: our wise and loving self. When doing flows from being, then the doing is wise, balanced, fulfilling, and serves life.

Some of the topics that have been discussed in other similar gatherings are: how to find your life purpose, how to detach from the egoic mind, how to live from Essence, how Essence communicates and guides your life, how to make choices, what being awake is like, trusting life, handling anger, loving yourself, dealing with fear, overcoming anger at God, how to clear emotional complexes and negativity, what causes suffering, how to heal conditioning, letting go of the past, and dealing with difficult relationships.

About Gina Lake:

In 1999, Gina Lake had a spiritual awakening and has since written numerous books, including: From Stress to Stillness, Trusting Life, Radical Happiness, Embracing the Now, Getting Free, Living in the Now, Return to Essence, Loving in the Moment, and Anatomy of Desire.

The focus of her writing and teaching is on helping people be in the present moment and live the happy and fulfilled life that is possible and on shedding light on the programming that interferes with happiness and awakening to one's true nature. Her teachings are most similar to Eckhart Tolle's, Byron Katie's, and Adyashanti's.

She is also a gifted intuitive with a master's degree in counseling psychology and over twenty years experience supporting people in their spiritual growth. She and her husband, who is also a spiritual teacher, live in Sedona, Arizona. Gina’s website offers information about her books and online courses, free e-books, book excerpts, a free monthly newsletter, a blog, and audio and video recordings:

“The entire weekend, I felt an intense sense of relief to be out of my head, but I didn't really connect the dots to realize that that experience is the experience of Essence. I felt joy, intense joy and gratitude, for the first time in years, and it's still here now. I was aware of celebration occurring on the higher realms and of a profound feeling of Grace.”  ~ Laura Lasater

“What a peaceful atmosphere and great environment for a spiritual renewal! Gina and Sedona are a great combination. What she writes about in her books so eloquently, she lives. It’s obvious, what a luminous soul and loving person. Realizing your real self and enjoying Gina’s dialogues are absolutely worth it. My wife and I would absolutely go again.” ~ Joseph Dawes

"This has been life-changing for me. I am feeling love, joy, and peace." ~ Annie Friedman

"I am so grateful for your part in opening a door that has seemed closed for so long. I just want you to know how incredibly free I feel now and how so very thankful I am." ~ Rob Geyer

“I have done many retreats and intensives over the years. For me, your intensive was very powerful and true to its title… Your responses always seemed to come from love, to provide insight, and to move us deeper… Your talks were clear, consistent, and invited introspection. Given that you did not plan these talks, they obviously came from true inspiration. I was inspired. This was a highly worthwhile weekend and I eagerly look forward to your next event.” ~ Luke Metz

“The wisdom, maturity, and breadth of Gina Lake's teachings are unique in the current landscape of spiritual teachers. No other teacher bridges the gap between nonduality and new age teachings with such skill and clarity. In her recent intensive, Gina's opening talks were insightful, uplifting, and practical. During the questions and sharings that followed, she met each person, regardless of where they were in their journey and understanding, with utmost respect, sensitivity, and loving care… Gina's retreat weekend not only met and fulfilled my intention but everyone else's as well, judging from their smiles, tears, laughter, ‘ah has,’ and sighs of relief! I can't recommend Gina's books and retreats highly enough to people who yearn to wake up to the truth or seek guidance about living that truth in human form!”  ~ Laura Katleman
