Turning Conflict into Powerful Relationships

Journey to Center combines lecture, group discussions, movement exercises, role playing, and storytelling to create a dynamic, entertaining, and enlightening experience.  No prior experience or particular physical conditioning is required for this workshop. During Journey to Center you will develop inner balance, open communication, and clear goals in daily living.  Morning sessions concentrate on mind-body training in calmness, awareness and focus. Afternoons apply these principles to relationships in your personal and professional life through peak performance models, problem solving strategies, and vision building.

This is your opportunity to

  • Turn conflicts into real solutions and increased productivity
  • Rejuvenate while learning valuable skills for use in the office and at home
  • Develop the calmness to act effectively under pressure
  • Respond to change and complexity with power rather than fear
  • Learn to receive and give sincere acknowledgement
  • Turn your life of work into a kind of work of art - and have a great time doing it
